Key Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area
- Process inbound and outbound shipments and verify accuracy against documents
- Load and unload pallets and containers safely and efficiently
- Pack shipping containers and product bags according to order specifications
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain proper documentation
- Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, or bins based on size, type, and product code
- Operate warehouse equipment, including sit-down, stand-up, cherry-picker, clamp, and reach forklifts
- Coordinate and document shipments, including preparing Bills of Lading and tracking records
- Report discrepancies or quality concerns promptly to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs independently, and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overtime and shift hours as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
