Key Responsibilities
- Pick, check, and pack orders according to supervisor or lead instructions
- Pack materials into cartons or boxes using proper wrapping, dividers, or blocking to prevent damage
- Count and verify products to ensure accuracy before packing
- Perform routine assembly of standard products with limited variations
- Stock products and plan storage locations to maximize space utilization
- Label, seal, glue, nail, or band shipping containers for secure shipment
- Operate forklifts as required
- Perform end-of-day closing activities
- Maintain clean and safe work areas while following company safety rules and PPE requirements
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Previous warehouse or picker–packer experience preferred
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to work full-time on first shift
- Authorization to work in the United States and eligibility under U.S. export control regulations
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
