Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure beds, pillows, mirrors, and room amenities are presented to hotel standards
- Clean, dust, vacuum, and sanitize rooms and assigned areas
- Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies as required
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly
- Work proactively to support guest satisfaction and smooth housekeeping operations
- Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnaround
- Deliver service with a positive and professional attitude
Requirements
- Flexibility and a positive Yes I Can! attitude
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work full-time and adapt to shift schedules
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage but not essential
