Key Responsibilities

  • Develop construction plans and manage project execution
  • Conduct site investigations, analyze data, and oversee technical inspections
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project partners
  • Manage project scheduling, procurement, survey, and QHSE compliance
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure budget adherence
  • Handle cost control, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance
  • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative team environment
  • Review drawings, plans, and Inspection Test Plans for project accuracy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in New Zealand, UK, or Australian civil projects
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, or similar software
  • Skilled in site layout, utility design, grading, surveying, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong commercial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
  • Ability to lead teams and promote teamwork effectively
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of using benchmarks for permanent works
